Conference launch
In the conference room of the National Meat Institute, was launched the "5th. Conference of Production, Processing and Trading of Meat", with the traditional name “Del Campo al Plato” which will take place on November 24 and 25, 2008.
At the launch were the Vice Chairman of INIA, Vice Chairman of INAC, CEO of LATU and members of the Organizing Committee of the conference.
Speakers from Uruguay, Brazil, Australia, and the United States confirmed their presence to discuss issues of the current meat chain context.
